We supply halal meat products to importers, distributors and wholesale companies based in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. The Simons family establishes the company Simons Vleeswaren.
The company began producing halal meat on a modest scale as well.
The demand for halal meat products continued to grow. Therefore, we expanded to larger premises. From then on, Simons focused entirely on the production of halal meat products.
Simons Halal Food experienced tremendous growth in the previous years. They outgrew their facilities again, and moved to the current state-of-the-art location in Roermond.
By now we have grown into one of the leading halal meat products producers in Europe. Simons supplies importers, distributors and wholesalers all over the world.
To qualify as halal, the meat that is used must come from animals that have lived a fulfilling life and must have been slaughtered according to an Islamic ritual. Also, from Islamic regulations, there are certain requirements for the raw materials and materials used. Halal certificates are important to guarantee that and to ensure our quality. Simons Halal Food is in possession of all applicable halal certificates, including the Islamic authority (Jakim standard) in Malaysia.
