Use/preparation
Sucuk is a diverse halal product. It can be eaten at breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a snack. The sausage is usually fried. However, in some countries, halal sucuk is also eaten without any preparation beforehand, as an appetiser. The garlic sausage can be fried without the addition of fat or oil. The product is often sliced and fried with an egg. For breakfast, the halal meat product is used in the same way as bacon. The garlic sausage is also used as a pizza topping.
