Turkish garlic sausage

Simons Halal Food produces a comprehensive range of traditionally prepared halal meats. The halal garlic sausage, also called sucuk, is also part of our extensive product range. This spiced Turkish dry sausage is common is various countries and is made from halal beef or halal chicken. Our sucuk is prepared to a unique recipe and air-dried. This is done in our state-of-the-art production site in Roermond. We offer two flavours (Sucuk Kangal en Sucuk Parmak) in various weight units. It is also possible to produce a tailor-made product.

We offer our halal garlic sausage in two variants: chicken sucuk and beef sucuk. Each sausage has its own characteristic flavour.

Sucuk is a diverse halal product. It can be eaten at breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a snack. The sausage is usually fried. However, in some countries, halal sucuk is also eaten without any preparation beforehand, as an appetiser. The garlic sausage can be fried without the addition of fat or oil. The product is often sliced and fried with an egg. For breakfast, the halal meat product is used in the same way as bacon. The garlic sausage is also used as a pizza topping.

Our sucuk is available in 500 and 1000 gr packs.
